Engage Proactively:

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus at least ten years related experience in the institutional asset management industry

FINRA 7 and 63

Demonstrated expertise and deep understanding of the institutional asset management landscape

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

Public and private markets experience

Institutional business development track record

CFA and/or MBA

NFA licensing 3 or 3 & 30 may be required

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills and presentation ability

Strong organization and aim to execute effectively on a large opportunity set and in-depth product knowledge

Ability to find opportunities and view clients' situations analytically and holistically

Proven ability to execute a well-developed business plan, to influence to achieve results, close the sales in high-pressure final presentations and a strong market-driven, client-oriented focus

Extensive travel required.

This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$ $277000 / year

Time Off Program


Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
