KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate for the Business Tax Services, Real Estate practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with advice on a wide range of corporate, partnership, and real estate tax services
  • Collaborate in a team focusing on due diligence, tax structuring services, and communicating findings to clients
  • Assist clients with current issues such as bankruptcy planning, tax basis, and more
  • Coordinate with a target company's finance/accounting departments and tax advisors for tax risk analysis
  • Develop, motivate, and train staff-level team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience in federal tax and/or mergers and acquisitions
  • Bachelor's degree in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST)
  • Knowledge of corporate tax matters across various industries
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
  • Strong research and writing skills
