seeks an Associate Project Coordinator to join the team at our company with our Tigard, OR office


The Associate Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a safe pool vehicle fleet that is stocked with all necessary material, performs and/or ensures that pool vehicles are repaired in a timely manner, outage notification efforts, pole staking activities in the field, assists with managing the Potelco e-mail inbox, and other duties further outlined below.

This role works closely with the Sr. Project Coordinator, the project managers in our engineering department, as well as various departments within client's organization. This position is responsible for all door tag outage notifications, outage calls, vehicle maintenance requests, and vehicle stocking.

The pay for this role is $24-$32/hourly.

What You'll Do:


Manages all requests for pool vehicle repairs by ensuring work is completed in a timely manner by working directly with Potelco fleet operations.

Performs monthly vehicle inspections to identify missing stock material and/or repairs that need to be made to pool vehicles.

Performs all door hanger outage notifications within a timely manner, as received by client.

Assists with outage notification calls, as directed by Sr. Project Coordinator.

Accurately tracks all requests for effective and timely resolution, as directed by Sr. Project Coordinator.

Assigns, performs, and/or completes other duties as necessary.

Ability to effectively communicate updates to the engineering team and client's various departments.

Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and work well under stress and time pressure.

Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful, and proactive with a tenacious and empowering team orientated style.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Ability to be flexible as work priorities often shift and must be reshuffled.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other managers, clients, customers, and local permitting agencies.

Valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.

Associates degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience in the field or office setting.
