Demand Planning Business LeadLocation:
Skillman, NJ(Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Demand Planner is responsible for actively demand planning a portion of the Zarbee's portfolio while supporting the IBP (Integrated Business Plan) Process, Inventory Management, and Metrics Reporting.

The position will report into the Demand Planning Business Lead.

Demand Planning Key Responsibilities :

  • Utilize SAP Demand Planning (or other ERP demand planning system), Pecan (statistical model), to develop a bottoms up (SKU) level UDP (Unconstrained Demand Plan) for products and brands within the Zarbee's portfolio.
  • Co-Lead cross-functional Pre-Demand Review meetings in accordance with the IBP process standards, including following up on unresolved issues stemming from monthly cycle meetings.
  • Determine the effectiveness of Pecan statistical forecasting tools and support implementing statistical modeling for the Zarbee's portfolio.
  • Participate in IBP Pre- Demand Review and Demand Review analyses by capturing, researching, and analyzing data to be reviewed in Demand Review meetings; Be able to explain the data and apply it to the business while providing appropriate recommendations and solutions to drive process and planning improvements.
  • Interact as needed with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Sales Operations, Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), Finance, and Supply & Demand Planning to garner further insights that enhance the analyses.
  • Utilize SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, Panorama, Pecan, and other analytical tools to derive various data sets in preparation for Demand Reviews or business analyses.

Master Data updates and requirements:
New Product Introductions (NPIs), price changes, and other routine updates

  • Assist with and be accountable for various Supply Chain metrics like OTIF-D, inventory days and dollars, SLOB, and forecast accuracy tracking, such as MAPE and Bias.
  • Support Supply Chain ad-hoc requests as needs ariseWhat we are looking for Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in any combination of the following functions: supply chain management, supply and demand planning, logistics, customer development, manufacturing and/or related field
  • Knowledge of and experience using modern ERP (e.g. SAP, JDEdwards, etc.) systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to communicate across varying levels.
  • Very strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to interpret large amounts of data.
  • Must be results and performance driven and have a strong sense of urgency, collaboration and teaming, strategic thinking, big picture orientation, prudent risk taking, self-awareness and adaptability, intellectual curiosity.
  • The ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist is also required.
Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Dietary Supplement company, Consumer Packaged Goods company or MLM company
  • An advanced degree in supply chain or MBA
  • Knowledge of and experience using SAP
  • APICS Certification
  • Prior experience in designing and deploying improvement programs such as Process Excellence, Six Sigma and/or Lean programs.
