Salary:
$52,000 to maximum of $60,000 annual rate (paid hourly based on a 40 hour week (some overtime possible)

Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Shifts available for 7am to 3:30pm shift and also 3:30pm to 11:30pm shift.

What will you do:
Provides production supervision in the company's food manufacturing process (baking) to drive productivity, process improvements, cost reduction and employee engagement
Responsible for daily operations on the production floor, including training and troubleshooting to ensure that all operations are in full compliance with applicable guidelines, including safety and quality

Coordinates, leads, executes, and drives daily production plan to ensure correct, accurate and timely completion of production and delivery schedules.

Participates in recruiting, on-boarding, training and development of all direct reports.

Demonstrates equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees; assigns employees to experienced workers for training as needed.

What is essential for this job:

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (bakery/food production)
High school diploma
Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Spanish language skills is a plus but not required.
