The Client Marketing Operations team is looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented marketing professional with a bias for action to help meet our business objectives and create innovative customer experiences.

Responsibilities include building and QAing email and push notification campaigns, building customer segments, and enhancing outbound communications with personalization.

This is a critical role in supporting multi-million-dollar acquisition, partnership, research, product and member engagement initiatives and ensuring streamlined and flawless planning and execution.

Expertise in top tier Campaign Management tools and Email Service Providers is essential. Candidates should be email deliverability and marketing automation experts with extensive experience with HTML coding and dynamic content.

The right candidate will be a quick study and demonstrate a knack for getting things done in close collaboration with technical, creative, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage production of outbound marketing campaigns for Client across email, push, and emerging communications platforms
  • Coordinate with several internal teams including content marketing, member engagement, and research to consult, build, and refine their outbound marketing tactics
  • Develop and build sophisticated customer segments for outbound campaigns, optimizing for KPIs
  • Create automated marketing campaigns and migrate current manual campaigns to increase efficiency on Client's proprietary systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on email and push best practices and CAN-SPAM and CASL to internal clients
  • Integrate personalization into our outbound marketing campaigns through data providers and flexible templates
Basic Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/Exact Target or similar ESPs (Email Service Providers)
  • Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with a great attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or related field of study
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HTML
Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience with Movable Ink
  • Moderate to advanced HTML skills and a general understanding of email development
  • Moderate to advanced experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA
  • Basic SQL experience and familiarity with queries
