**Help at Home is hiring a Field Staff Scheduler Weekly pay**

At Help at Home, our Field Staff Schedulers coordinate care with clients, guardians and employees to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. This coordination occurs with the constant supervision of employees, schedules, service hours and timesheets. This is an ideal role for an individual with supervisory experience, especially in a healthcare setting. Work hours for this role are normally Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

**Responsibilities**
Coordinate services by reviewing timesheets and schedules for new/current clients
Coordinate client meet-and-greets with employees
Monitor the need to hire more field staff and interview potential applicants
Supervise assigned field staff to ensure service delivery of hours
Train all new employees on their schedules
Maintain assigned client schedules, letters with number of hours, employee schedules, employee files, and all related paperwork such as staff vacations, staff availability and requests for more hours
Monitor usage of client hours, employee evaluations and employee in-services
Collect expired documents from employees
Communicate scheduling, staffing concerns and all changes with clients, employees, guardians and/or the Branch Director
**Minimum Qualifications**
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Supervisory experience
Availability for possible shifts with clients if field staff cannot be found to work available hours
Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent

As a Home Care Aide, youll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:
Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning

**Hiring bonus eligibility is based on remaining an active employee for at least 30 days following the first shift, with at least 80 hours worked. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility. New caregivers as well as previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home since prior to 1/1/2021 will be eligible for the bonus. Caregivers who are transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.*
