We are Hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer

As our operations expand, we are on the lookout for a vibrant and seasoned Lead Electrical Engineer to become part of our crew.
The Lead Electrical Engineer will undertake a key role in our projects, ensuring the prosperous design, enactment, and operational functioning of solar and battery systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Head the technical facets of solar and battery projects, from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing top-notch engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to formulate meticulous engineering designs, specifications, and blueprints for solar and battery systems.
  • Offer technical know-how and advice on system control strategies, electrical engineering, and the fusion of solar and battery technologies.
  • Conduct site evaluations, viability studies, and energy modeling to enhance system performance and effectiveness.
  • Supervise the selection and acquisition of equipment, materials, and technologies for solar and battery projects.
  • Manage associations with vendors, subcontractors, and other involved parties to assure punctual project completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Back project development actions, inclusive of proposal drafting, technical appraisals, and customer presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry movements, emerging technologies, and best practices linked to solar and battery systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, concentrating on solar and battery technologies.
  • Established experience in EPC projects, indicating capability in supervising engineering tasks from creation to activation.
  • Solid background in system control, electrical engineering, and incorporation of solar and battery systems.
  • Proficiency in appropriate software applications for energy modeling, simulation, and project supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at elucidating intricate technical notions clearly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to operate cooperatively in a team ambiance.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
  • Professional credentials associated with renewable energy and engineering will be beneficial.
