Essential Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical documentation like schematic diagrams and parts lists.
  • Utilize hand tools for electronic assembly.
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity for precise and efficient assembly work.
  • Work with soldering equipment and microscopes to meet quality standards.
  • Operate under minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills in a Windows environment are a must.
  • Familiarity with IPC 610 & J-STD soldering specifications.

Tools You'll Need Experience With:

  • Tweezers
  • Jeweler's screwdrivers
  • Torque screwdrivers and wrenches
  • Pull test machine
  • Special equipment online station

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in assembling small intricate parts.
  • Minimum 1 year of soldering expertise.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of Electric Static Discharge precautions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PDF Viewers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
