The Opportunity

The Inventory Control and Profiling II Team Member will ensure inventory problems are resolved correctly to maintain inventory integrity for fulfillment operations. You will report to the Inventory Control Supervisor and support the cycle count program. This second shift position will have a home location at the Union Center and will support all Ohio Fulfillment Centers.

This position has waived 6 month time in title requirement. They will accept applications from all internal candidates for consideration.

Cornerstone operates a separate ecommerce site for each brand, distributes 163 million catalogs annually, and has 22 retail and outlet stores.

Your Impact
  • Location maintenance, i.e. placing items in the optimal locations within the facility to maximize the overall productivity of the various operations, is also critical to the position.
  • Perform daily IC tasks and responsibilities such as cycle counting (active and reserve locations), problem resolution and other product control issues
  • Work closely with Team Lead(s) and Coordinators to ensure completion of assigned goals and projects
  • Perform aisle maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support in the identification of case or product inventory issues and then help with process improvements by working with the IC Team Lead to train the operational area involved
What You Bring
  • Basic knowledge of PkMS and RF devices (regularly uses Pack Case From Active and various Inventory Inquiries)
  • Trained or willing to be trained on PIT equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends
  • Pick Pack processes, replenishment, and returns put away
  • Cycle Count experience
  • Basic knowledge of Ecometry
