3Ci is currently looking for a talented Automation Engineer to become part of the team at our Banking Client. As an Automation Engineer, you will work closely with software engineers and project team members to test and evaluate ongoing development projects within tight deadlines.

Your main responsibilities will include creating test cases, managing defects, and actively engaging in the development process to ensure the delivery of top-notch software.

  • Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, Statistics, Math, or a related field
    • 6+ years of experience in test automation and/or software development

General Requirements: Xcode, Android Studios, Selenium, Appium, Sauce Labs, QTest, Visual Studio .NET, Harness

  • Essential Functions:
    • Collaborate closely with software engineers and project team members for testing ongoing development projects
    • Create test cases and other project documentation
    • Identify and manage defects using an automated defect tracking system
    • Assist development teams in pinpointing the root causes of issues
    • Develop and maintain application features and automated tests
    • Support the team in designing reliable tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
    • Enhance test coverage, release speed, and production quality in collaboration with team members
    • Perform various additional tasks as needed

This position is on a contract-to-hire basis with the potential for conversion after 90 days from the start date. Ideal candidates would be located in Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, or Nashville. Onsite presence is preferred but not mandatory. Unfortunately, H1 transfers/sponsorships cannot be accommodated at this time.
