Job Summary:

  • Responsible for creating and preparing marketing materials to drive business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop compelling marketing content
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies including social media, public relations, and event planning
  • Ensure consistency in all marketing materials
  • Support in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and project case studies
  • Participate in marketing meetings and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in A/E/C marketing is preferred

Work Environment:

This role is based in a professional office setting with shared resources and collaborative work areas.

Physical Demands:

  • Required hand/wrist/finger dexterity for daily tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Sitting for extended periods

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Travel: Occasional local travel may be required (< 10%)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of two years experience in marketing roles

Certification: SMPS membership is preferred
