Key details about the role and the firm:

  • Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA

Responsibilities of the role under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will include:

  • Leading various accounting and reporting tasks for funds, management companies, General Partners (GPs), and investors.
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in financial data for decision-making.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for third-party relationships.
  • Managing cash flow activities such as working capital, distributions, and expenses.
  • Participating in areas like cash forecasts, audits, and annual investor meetings.
  • Creating and overseeing annual budgets, and tracking expenses against the budget.
  • Collaborating on compliance matters and advising on financial management practices.
  • Building and sustaining relationships with industry experts.

Desired qualifications for the role:

  • Minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a hands-on setting.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Compensation: Total compensation package exceeding $500,000.
