What you will do with us:

  • Support our expansion by examining and technically processing new location offers in the respective sales countries.
  • Develop feasibility studies and optimize floor plans in new construction and existing properties.
  • Coordinate technical contract parameters in collaboration with in-house specialists for rental and purchase agreements.

What convinces us:

  • Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, project management or comparable education.
  • Several years of professional experience (also as a career changer) in construction, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial properties.
  • Organizational talent as well as communication and presentation skills.
  • Team orientation and willingness to travel.
