Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of an Administrator I in the Fraud Analysis and Detection Section, the Senior Compliance Representative (SCR) performs complex compliance activities such as developing and assisting in the implementation and on-going operation of a systematic strategy for the prevention and identification of fraudulent tax return filing activities. This includes working with professional and technical staff in departmental fraud prevention and detection activities, including ID Theft. The incumbent develops, implements, and maintains various system and manual processes to help strengthen the integrity of the departments return filing system.

Additional positions may become available (RPA

This position is eligible for remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of two days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework.
