Job Description:
+ Process a high volume of invoices and analyze invoices for discrepancies or errors
+ Assist vendors with invoicing inquiries or errors
+ Perform purchase order (3 way) matching
+ Set up new vendors as needed in the system and handle all vendor validations
+ Analyze invoice discrepancies
+ Perform statement reconciliations
+ Run check reports and check processing
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ High volume AP processing experience
+ Large ERP and company experience
+ Experience reconciling statements and matching PO's to invoices
+ Multi-entity experience preferred
