Job Summary:

Lead advertising sales activities for a network, geographic area, or industry across multiple cable networks and zones. Responsible for achieving revenue targets, guiding sales managers and account executives, and strategizing to enhance sales performance.

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local/national advertising sales plans.
• Motivate sales personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and codes of conduct.
• Create operating budgets to meet revenue objectives.
• Optimize sales resources and oversee advertising inventory.
• Establish and drive short and long-term advertising revenue goals.
• Coach and develop a team of Account Executives and sales staff.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Attend periodically and work variable schedules as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
