Compensation: $36/hr - $42/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

Looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join BCforward's team. The role involves providing financial analyses, budgeting, and forecasting among other responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing spreadsheets, conducting peer group analysis, and supporting management at all levels. This is a great opportunity to showcase your financial expertise and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze performance returns for accounts
  • Set up and maintain new client accounts and benchmarks
  • Monitor benchmark data information and manage internal records
  • Calculate and maintain performance composites
  • Complete client performance requests and produce related materials
  • Conduct ongoing and ad hoc reporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of operations/technology project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in mathematics, statistics, or finance
  • Five plus years of related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks independently

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with trust and fiduciary systems
  • Working toward CIPM and/or CFA
  • Proficiency in database analytics and data manipulation
