Your Mission:

As a Radiation Treatment Planning Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of cancer treatment, designing and optimizing advanced radiation plans. What You'll Do:

  • Innovate and Optimize: Design precise radiation treatment plans using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all radiation treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Lead and Mentor: Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior physicists and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What You Bring:

  • Expertise and Certification: A Master's degree in Physics or Medical Physics, along with 3-5 years of experience in clinical radiation physics. Current certification by the American Board of Radiology or Board of Medical Physics is required, with a commitment to ongoing education and certification maintenance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using treatment-planning computers and related software, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed.
  • Vision and Attention to Detail: Excellent visual acuity and attention to detail to ensure precise treatment delivery.
