As a Claims Processor, you will take the first reports of accidents and initiate the claims investigation process.
This position is the front line of our claims department and is crucial in setting the tone for fulfilling our promise of providing exceptional service to our insureds.
We provide you a personalized training program, a secure, friendly, and challenging work environment, plus excellent wages.This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after training. Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, length to be determined by the manager.
Four shifts available (after completion of training):
SHIFT ONE:
Saturday 10am - 8pm
SHIFT TWO:
Saturday 12pm - 10pm
High school diploma or equivalent.
*Six years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service role preferred.
