Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer - Automation is responsible for routine technical field tasks such as installing, modifying, testing, or repairing company products and equipment.

They perform troubleshooting tasks and implement necessary modifications.

  • Ensure full compliance of the Automation & Control System division with company policies, laws, and regulations, including HSE standards.
  • Understand the importance of being the company's representative on-site and uphold the ethical standards required by the organization.
  • Collaborate with the company towards shared business objectives while managing risks effectively.
  • Promote and embody the Core Values and Behaviors outlined by the company.
  • Plan tasks in advance and achieve or surpass set objectives.
  • Identify and address technical opportunities, offering constant support and guidance to Account Managers.
  • Ensure the company consistently meets customer expectations and maintains high satisfaction levels.
  • Offer expert technical insights and guidance, sharing recommendations and growth opportunities with the Automation & Control System team.
  • Participate actively in technical and engineering discussions regarding Service and Projects studies, contributing to finding solutions and optimizations to reduce risks.
  • Develop strong and productive relationships with both internal and external customers as a key figure in the Automation & Control System division.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
