In this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of around $100,000 per year as a base salary.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:

  • Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Program: Establish and monitor maintenance programs to support production schedules.
  • Supervision: Directly manage maintenance personnel with support from the Plant Manager.
  • Capital Expenditures: Manage plant projects and budgets in collaboration with corporate engineering.
  • Budget Management: Handle maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.
  • Equipment: Oversee maintenance of food industry equipment and establish technical standards.
  • Training: Develop training programs for maintenance teams.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Site Utility Management: Ensure proper maintenance of site utilities.
  • Automation Supervision: Supervise maintenance of automation systems.
  • Communicate with maintenance managers at other facilities and Eng. Dept.
  • Establish departmental KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field with management experience.
  • Experience in Boiler House Management, Ammonia Refrigeration, Electrical Systems, and Project Management.
  • Certifications preferred: Master Electrician, Boiler Operation, Ammonia Operation, HVAC.
  • Job Knowledge: SAP and MP2 experience beneficial.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Ethernet.
  • Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills with fluency in English.
