RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Strategic Supply Planning:
Develop and execute supply planning strategies that align with customer demand, minimize inventory costs, and enhance service levels across our parts distribution, remanufacturing, and OEM manufacturing units

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless material availability and product delivery

Demand Analysis:

Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks or issues, proposing and implementing process improvements tailored to each area of our business

Performance Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) on supply chain performance, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions

Industry Awareness:
Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and regulatory requirements to proactively manage supply chain operations in our diverse business segments

Market Insights:
Collaborate with demand planning and sales teams to understand market dynamics, new product launches, and promotions, aligning supply plans accordingly

System Optimization:
Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and demand planning tools

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, finance, or a related field.

Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning methodologies, with specific knowledge of the parts distribution, remanufacturing, and OEM manufacturing industries.

Proficiency in using supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. NetSuite MRP preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
