Join us as we expand our central research teams to support Principal Investigators and study teams focused on critical clinical trials programs.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and implement startup services for non-industry clinical trials
- Oversee operations supporting non-industry startup activities
- Review and assess new clinical trial documents
- Serve as subject matter expert in research processes
- Manage the preparation and submissions of new clinical trials
- Optimize weekly progress reporting
- Work closely with consortium members and study teams
- Participate in process improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in managing oncology clinical trials
- Experience in mentoring teams, working across academic institutions, and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of regulations
- Preferred: Clinical research certification
