You will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase awareness for clients and brands.
The Social Media Manager is tasked with the marketing of BrandStar Entertainment and our television shows, as well as the brand partners that will be participating in upcoming shows.
Must have strong leadership capabilities and an eye for detail, creative and strategic mind, and be a positive and outspoken self-starter that works well within a team.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to ensure that social media efforts are executed on time and meet quality standardsAdvance the influencer and/or community advocacy effortsDrive social media strategies that will drive quality audience growth, engagement, and traffic to achieve brand and business objectivesDevelop paid social media campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholdersResearch the latest social tools, trends, and current eventsProfessional CompetenciesStrong project management skills, including the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams effectively and in a fast-paced environmentDeep working knowledge of social listening platformsThe ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data and to see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendationsAbility to recognize opportunities, formulate hypotheses, plan research, identify insights, and drive recommendations relevant to the business goals and objectivesExcellent writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphereOutstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problemsAbility to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and pointsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationIs a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessaryRemarkably skilled in building engaged social media communities, with particular significance towards TikTok channels and including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or YouTubeExperience and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3+ years of social media marketing experience in an agency or internal creative departmentUndergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fieldsThorough knowledge and experience with social media strategy, content creation, community monitoring best practices, influencer relations, analytics and reportingExcellent organizational, writing, and language skillsProven track record of growing social media audiences/followers-with an emphasis on TikTok.
