Project Administrator

Reports to:
Operations Planning Manager


As a Project Administrator on the Industrial Crane team, you will play a vital role in enhancing communication and ensuring seamless operations across our team.

This position requires a high-energy professional skilled in data transfer management, coordinating schedules, tracking orders, and maintaining accuracy and consistency across various project management systems.


You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about leveraging technology, including AI Tools, to drive operational efficiency and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Your ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies and proactively suggest efficiency enhancements will be pivotal to your success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Enter all new projects into our databases, maintaining consistency and accuracy
  • Update all job values and information whenever change orders are issued, including the addition or removal of job lines to ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Coordinate & schedule thirdparty work scopes with the project management team to align project management tools and realtime project timelines
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration between the production & project management teams, energized by a proactive and highinitiative approach
  • Actively participate in operational meetings, providing valuable updates on schedules and offering innovative suggestions for efficiency improvements
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies

You Have:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Power BI, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools for enhanced data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude and high level of initiative in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven skills in managing and reconciling differing opinions among various stakeholder groups
  • Relevant postsecondary education or manufacturing industry experience is preferred
