Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all service department operations, from personnel management to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise service advisors and technicians to deliver high-quality service.
  • Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer service experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive improvement in financials, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturer and company standards for timely and accurate service completion.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships for competitive pricing and timely parts delivery.
  • Manage service department expenses effectively, including oversight of payroll and inventory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulations to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in automotive service departments, preferably in Chrysler.
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service excellence and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
