Theoris Services have been retained in the search for an Sr. Site Civil Engineer. Our client has been in business for close to 50 years and specialize in education design. However, their portfolio also consists of working with many healthcare and community organizations offering architecture, engineering, energy, and interior design services, as well as support during construction.

You will work closely with their architects, interior designers, energy engineers, landscape architects, construction administration professionals, and administrative and support staff. Together, you will collaboratively strive to meet clients' requirements, foster resilient communities, and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project grading, drainage, and utility design. This position will be coordinating projects between disciplines. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to support staff. They will maintain office quality standards and procedures while meeting project budgets and

deadlines.

Work will include but not be limited to Revit design, plan details, technical specifications, estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, permitting, shop drawing review, and engineering analyses.

The chosen applicant will work closely with the Schmidt Associates design team as well as other design partners and clients as needed.

Experience in civil engineering

Requirements:

4-year degree in Civil Engineering

3+ years related work experience is preferred

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate is desirable or PE

Familiarity with and a desire to continue to learn AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit
