Position Summary:

Are you seeking more flexibility in your nursing schedule? Would you appreciate working at multiple facilities near your home? Life Care Centers of America, Northwest Division, is seeking CNA's to join our Float Pool program. The role of the Float Pool Certified Nursing Aide is to deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and overall well-being in compliance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Each Float Pool Associate will have a set of facilities to cover and must be willing to travel between them.

Float Pool Associates must meet the following criteria:
  • Willingness to work at all locations within their assigned group.
  • Availability for at least 2 shift times (day, evening, or night).
  • Commitment to working a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
  • Currently registered and licensed in the applicable State with an active and good-standing license.
  • One year of experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
  • CPR certification required upon hiring or to be obtained during orientation, with the certification remaining current throughout employment.
A detailed job description, including Float Pool Guidelines, will be provided during the interview.

The duties mentioned are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Pay:
$34.00 per hour, DOE
