This role entails thorough cleaning and sanitation of production lines from start to finish. Responsibilities also include equipment disassembly and reassembly for cleaning and inspection purposes. Additionally, the position involves supporting Operations and overseeing production lines when sanitation is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety by adhering to all workplace safety regulations.
- Participate in sanitation activities for production lines and ensure completion within specified timeframes as per the Master Sanitation schedule.
- Clean equipment according to SSOP and USDA standards.
- Assist in equipment disassembly and reassembly, independently or under guidance.
- Follow and implement cleaning schedules and requirements.
- Communicate any problems or issues to production leadership to address concerns related to product waste, quality, or employee safety.
- Comply with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and procedures, reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or injuries promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing facility is preferred but not mandatory.
