    • Responding to alerts and resolving issues remotely
  • Client Interaction:
    • Building strong client relationships
    • Communicating technical concepts effectively
  • Technology Installation and Configuration:
    • Setting up communication systems, security cameras, and network equipment
    • Ensuring systems meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Network Infrastructure:
    • Implementing network infrastructure solutions
    • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing networks
  • Documentation:
    • Maintaining detailed records of activities
    • Providing accurate documentation for billing and reporting
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer:
    • Training clients on IT systems
    • Sharing knowledge with colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)
  • Experience in technical support and IT systems
  • Proficiency in RMM tools and network monitoring
  • Strong knowledge of communication systems, security cameras, and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel
