Role ResponsibilitiesManaging reporting & analysis projects, including research, design/development, testing, post-implementation review and everything in between.
Remaining customer-focused by ensuring the customer input is considered in the design phase.
Measuring and reporting data, including metrics and Key Performance Indicators to help improve our customer experience.

Communicating between departments and performing other duties to support the wider team will allow you to contribute to responsibilities including strategic project tracking, reporting, and presentations.

Role RequirementsBachelors Degree in any related field, plus 2 years project management experience, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of relational databases and writing SQL statements for different database clients (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle). Minimum of 2 years experience.
Experience with reporting and ETL toolsExperiences with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Strong problem solving, prioritization and conflict resolution.
Fluent in English language.
