Job Title: Facility Planner

Location: Onsite at Manchester, NH
Pay Rate: $38/Hour on W2
Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)

Position Summary:

  • Provide support on various tasks and projects within the Facilities Department.
  • Work with multiple Facilities personnel across different locations in the New England Area.
  • Support capital project planning and delivery.
  • Assist with data entry/updates and basic CAD support.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in AutoCAD or 2D/3D design software.
  • Knowledge of Space Planning Objectives and Execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to proactively seek process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills Preferred: IWMS Experience (TRIRIGA preferred), MS Project, Power BI, Program/project management experience.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of related experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners.
  • Understand office and lab requirements to provide timely solutions.
  • Update IWMS system with space usage data and employee locations.
  • Implement move plans and support change management.
  • Drive site leadership awareness and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings for the facilities team.

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of related experience
