The Marketing Specialist will have day-to-day responsibilities for content creation, providing and support content needs for digital executions, paid media as well as regional marketing material needs.
This role will also liase with Business Development, Recruitment, and the external creative partner/s.

The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include:
Day-to-day execution of content for the B-to
  • B strategy and B to C strategy.
Management of all brand assets, including campaign creative, content, photos, images.
Supporting the Director and external agency as needed for creation of assets, such as via photo/ video shoots, etc.

Management of a project management system for creative campaigns in the pipeline that should be managed against the marketing calendar.

Supporting regional operations leaders and managers with reasonable needs like supporting assets for events, or replenishing marketing materials in centers, etc.

Conduct regular research to help identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Liase with Regional Operations leaders to understand market and competitive trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a robust marketing calendar that will inform the campaign plan across various media.

Collaborate with Performance Marketing team members to create compelling content based on performance statistics, audience profiles and best practices in content that drives digital marketing conversions.

Maintain content/ social marketing calendar and manage distribution and deployment for WellStreet and across its the portfolio of brands as appropriate.

Develop thought leadership and educational content in an engaging manner that helps differentiate the brand from competition.
Liaise with internal team members and external agencies as needed in relation to the day-to-day responsibilities of this role.
Fact-check, proofread, and review all marketing pieces to pass on to Manager and Director-level for approval.
Support Director, Brand Strategy and Regional Growth, and Manager, Regional Marketing, with day-to-day needs of JV partner relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2-3 years of marketing experience; content and creative experience a plusProven track record of executing regular marketing campaignsProficient in creative software such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaExperience with website content management and email platforms (CRM) systems a plusExtremely strong spelling and grammar skills and the ability to write compelling content (for blogs, for example)Strong communication skills to manage external partners and internal stakeholders as neededA team player who can build strong relationships both internally and externallyCredibility and confidence to interact across departmentsAbility to project manage effectivelyGreat time management skillsAttention to detailFast learnerComfort with basic technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly for application across marketing tactics as neededWellStreet Urgent Care is committed to providing the highest quality patient and customer care.
