Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree

- Achieve performance targets for client acquisition, repeat sales, conversion rates, revenue, and other specified metrics
- Identify and address client needs effectively
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create sales incentives and motivational programs
- Lead and organize regular team meetings
- Promote company culture and maintain high employee engagement
- Ensure proper utilization of CRM and other sales tools
- Provide training and ensure adherence to the sales process
