  • Explain menu items and take food/beverage orders
  • Serve food and beverages in line with Sofitel and AAA 4 Diamond standards
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and presentation
  • Set up the lounge (mise en place)
  • Experience with high-end restaurant software system
  • Experience in opening/closing shifts, table/wine service, food/wine pairing
  • Knowledge of high-end liquors and aperitifs
  • High end bar menu experience
