As a Business Banking Relationship Officer at UMB, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team responsible for growing the Business Banking loan portfolio and offering revenue-generating services to clients. You will engage with business owners, CFOs, CEOs, and Controllers to sell bank products and services, manage existing business relationships, and help clients achieve their financial goals.
What to Expect:
- Utilize your networking abilities to enhance UMB's image in the community and attract new business.
- Apply your credit skills to qualify companies for loans and maintain overall credit quality.
- Negotiate loan proposals, evaluate credit requests, and ensure loan quality.
- Act as the primary contact for Business Banking clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or up to 5 years of experience in commercial lending.
- Demonstrated sales experience, credit knowledge, and credit underwriting skills.
- Strong industry sales and marketing knowledge is a plus.
Compensation Range:
Minimum: $57, Maximum: $149,000.00
