- Dispatch manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, training new hires. Time keeping, scheduling time/days. Any enforcement of policies/corrective actions/safety training.
- Dispatch manager will work closely with sales, production and purchasing departments.
- Dispatch Manager will be responsible for daily inventory keeping.
- Very knowledgable of lumber math, lumber grades, and species.
- 2 years of inbound rail operations.
- Forklift certified.
- Microsoft knowledge, Spruce POS system.
- Excellent customer service skills as you will accommodate will calls.
- 5 years experience working in lumberyard, construction or building materials.
- 5 years managing experience.
- CDL Class A preferred.
