Overview
Prestige Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the Best Western in Lake George, NY. The Night Auditor is responsible for managing operations at the Front Desk during the overnight shift. This key role requires customer service skills, dependability and self-management.

As a Night Auditor, your duties include:

  • Expediting smooth guest departures and arrivals
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
  • Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment
  • Working cooperatively in a team environment
  • Providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients
  • Processing daily Operations reports
  • Ensuring that Health & Safety standards are met during the overnight shift
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager and General Manager

Qualifications Required:

  • 12 years hotel experience is preferred
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess an outstanding level of customer service, be punctual, wellorganized and have a keen eye for detail
  • Must be guest service focused

Job Type:
Part-time

$ $17.00 per hour
