CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Collect and consolidate data from various sources related to business capabilities. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of existing capabilities. Propose improvements and optimizations based on data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with product managers, product owners and delivery teams. Understand their needs, challenges, and requirements related to capabilities.
  • Work closely with the Capability Assurance team to align capability roadmaps with overall business strategy. Ensure that capability enhancements are in line with organizational goals.
  • Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate capability performance. Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of deployed capabilities. Identify any deviations from expected outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with process managers and teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Use data insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Assess risks associated with capability changes or enhancements and provide risk mitigation strategies.
  • Train teams on capability-related tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of capability awareness and knowledge sharing.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical - or business-related field

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in deploying and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP or large enterprise platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analyzing business requirements and capabilities.
  • Good understanding of SW business with industry leading practices.
  • Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationship with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy to reach consensus across wide range of diverse business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and propose solutions for improvements.
  • Knowledge of ERP operating systems tools and databases

Preferred:

  • Prior knowledge of key process and technical products within one or many enterprise tracks.
  • Knowledge of agile project environments.
  • Knowledge of transformational projects or enterprise level initiatives.
  • Knowledge of enterprise level solutioning through data driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of technology and enterprise platforms
  • Good understanding of enterprise layers and connections of technology, people, and processes

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business requirement analysis.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience performing various forms of online research.
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly spot and address issues.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a desire to take leadership roles within a team.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of technology product use cases for the Manufacturing, Distribution, Commercial and Retail Products industry
