REMUNERATION: $16-$18.70 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Packaging and organizing items within your role in production
  • Managing inventory and fulfilling orders as part of your production duties
  • Scrutinizing materials for quality prior to loading onto trucks during production activities
  • Handling janitorial tasks like waste disposal, premises maintenance, utilizing cleaning apparatus, and forklift operations within the production sphere
  • Carrying out manual production chores such as lifting, moving, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment when necessary
  • Operating basic tools and machinery with supervision, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while completing general labor tasks
  • Ensuring correct loading and unloading of trucks in the production process
  • Protecting materials from damage during transportation and loading operations
  • Maneuvering within facilities using a hand truck or forklift, loading/unloading trucks as required
  • Operating various equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, air jacks, and other apparatus as mandated
  • Carrying out additional duties such as material handling, quality inspections, and aiding in truck loading/unloading

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive mindset
  • Proficiency in comprehending written directions
  • Capability to produce precise reports
  • Competence in conducting routine safety assessments and adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Team player aptitude
  • Capacity to lift loads of up to 50 lbs. consistently
