The HR Generalist will handle:

  • Onboarding new employees in their HRIS portal.
  • Job postings for vacant roles, sending qualified applicants to the hiring team.
  • Employee relations to answer basic questions regarding benefits or coverage.
  • Process background checks, I9 verification, and employment verifications.

Experience needed in an Interim HR Generalist:

  • 3+ years in a prior HR Generalist or HR-based role
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of personalities
