Job Description

Join our dedicated team in an Aerospace Manufacturing Environment, located on-site near the Sky Harbor Airport. As an Aerospace Technician, you will be responsible for assembling engine cowlings (casings) and sheet metal components. You will read blueprints and SOPs to assemble built components and parts, use power tools, hand tools, drills, and torque to assemble parts, and perform Electric Bond checks. This role supports key clients like Honeywell, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Cessna.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years manufacturing experience in an aerospace environment
  • 2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience
  • Experience with large parts assembly
  • Understanding of Honeywell specs (preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Adaptability to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

This role is based in a highly team-oriented, tight-knit group setting that follows Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement guidelines. Standard work hours for the first shift are 6 AM - 2:30 PM or 6 AM - 3:30 PM Monday to Friday, with variations depending on the department. Potential candidates previously employed at Honeywell must be considered re-hireable.
