En busca de un profesional dedicado para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a posibles y actuales empleados. Deberá contestar teléfonos y asistir a solicitantes, empleados y gerentes según sea necesario. Preparar credenciales para empleados, voluntarios y empleados contratados en el lugar. Asistir a solicitantes con la solicitud de puestos y ayudar a reclutadores con el proceso de integración. Mantener una apariencia profesional en el Centro de Recursos para Empleados. Apoyar al equipo de Adquisición de Talento en el proceso de reclutamiento.

Otra información:

  • Se requiere Diploma de Escuela Secundaria. Se prefiero Licenciatura o 3-4 años de experiencia en labores de oficina y entrada de datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita y capacidad para trabajar cooperativamente en un entorno de equipo esencial. Debe ser competente en Microsoft Office o Word Perfect Suite. Excelentes habilidades telefónicas.

El candidato exitoso debe poseer la capacidad de mantener la confidencialidad y de organizar, coordinar y completar eficazmente una amplia gama de actividades simultáneas. La atención al detalle y la capacidad para priorizar son muy importantes.

Este empleo autorizará 80.00 horas quincenales.
