This organization is currently seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the business, all projects, and staff.

The Role:
Oversee all Florida projects to ensure operations meet company standards.
Lead, develop, and manage a team consisting of project managers, estimators, administrative staff, and field employees.
Ensures project managers and foremen are adhering to all safety compliance standards.
Oversee weekly payroll
Communicate effectively with the field teams to ensure projects are accurate and within budget
Oversee and partake in the coordination of purchasing materials.
Oversee and manage company equipment and inventory.
Manage project timeline and pipeline.
Oversees all bid documents and drawings - coordinate with the estimators for changes and updates.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience of multi-site job experience
5+ years' experience in operations with construction background
Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and multi-tasking
Ability to identify areas of performance improvement.
MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
Timberline a plus
