The Warehouse Associate will represent the company at a customer production site, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply of product. You will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

Additional:

Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments

Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts

Relocate and consolidate material

Prepare and assemble packing lists

Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements

Most importantly you will be passionate about company values and exceeding customer expectations

Commitment - Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met in a timely way

Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations)

Perform required processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications

Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs

Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution

This position will be a position doing part logistics type work/ SAP ERP system work is huge plus.

Track inventory in Rinchem's proprietary software.

Receive items and store them in the warehouse.

Must have computer literacy - email, browser, very light excel.

Receiving position will be more focused on computers(could be 50/50 on forklift operating and receiving). They will be using UPS and FedEx for shipping/receiving. They will work on a smaller team and will shadow/get audited on tasks 5 times before being allowed to do something on their own.

Will support shipping, printing off labels for outgoing shipments using FedEX/UPS/DHL.
