Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the school's security team.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and drills.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications or training preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in security or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in highpressure situations.
- Knowledge of security systems and surveillance technology.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
