Requirements:
  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing nursing services
  • Recommend written material to enhance nursing department operations
  • Participate in facility surveys to maintain quality care
  • Ensure adherence to job descriptions and regulatory standards
  • Conduct training programs and staff evaluations
  • Monitor and report on nursing department performance
  • Assist in HR activities like staffing needs and recruitment

Qualifications:
  • Must have a Nursing Degree and a current, active license
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare facilities
  • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team
  • Knowledge of medical practices, laws, and regulations
  • Patient, cheerful, and enthusiastic approach to resident care


Physical Demands:

Successful performance requires physical and mental stamina, proficiency in communicating resident conditions, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Potential need to assist in resident evacuations during emergencies.
