Your Responsibilities and Goals in this position are to:

  • Monitor and oversee the clinical work of 4 pre-licensed clinicians
  • Maintain a weekly patient caseload of 22 clients
  • Provide instruction, training, and development support to emerging clinicians and the clinical team
  • Review and approve progress notes
  • Provide evidencebased therapy to individuals
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate charts that comply with the expectations and standards outlined in ZRCS's Policy and Procedure manual.
  • Diligently work with us to continuously build a supportive and positive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical director to enhance and grow the clinic and all service lines.
  • Be an integral part of our team, bringing value to our work
