This OR GYN Clinical RN Coordiator opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a covenient day shift schedule.

This dynamic individual will Provide direct patient care to adult patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Assesses operating rooms room for equipment functioning, supplies, implants, and readiness. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Responsible for specified service line, including supply management, physician relations and satisfaction, vendor relations, and education of staff.

Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other health team members as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.

Functions as a liaison to service specific vendors, coordinating flow of materials and collaborating with Sterile Processing to ensure patient and physician needs are met.

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the patient population served.

Able to interpret data about the patient's status in order to identify each patient's age specific needs and provide care needed by the patient group.
